Had my prescription sent from health centre to boots on 16th February went in to collect 23rd not in was told would ne in next day couldn't get in until 2nd March only to be told they didn't have the medication asked why was not told honest answer I explained it was urgent as would run out of tablets on 3rd overheard pharmacist saying I can't magic up her tablets Been told will be in today have yet to receive confirmation . | ||||||

Shopped in boots oxted today…what a pleasant experience…cheerful…helpful staff…needed some advice on make up and the sales assistant was extremely knowledgable…great service…! | ||||||

During the week beginning 29.7.19 your pharmacy in Oxted, Surrey received a prescription from the Oxted Health Centre for two tubs of Contour Next blood sugar testing strips and these were collected by me on 1.8.19 in a sealed paper bag as usual. By the time I first needed to use these I had not noticed bv midday on 10.8.19 that the strips issued were some form of Nexus ones which I cannot use as I don't have the machine to do so. I called in this morning to alert them to this error and was told that that a delivery was due during the day and that I could pick them up after 1600. However when I returned to the store at 1645 I was told that the delivery had not arrived. I am therefore still without the means to test my blood sugar. Needless to say I am bitterly disappointed that the wrong sort of strips were issued having been checked twice and that as a consequence I am still unable to test .I would welcome your comments on this poor service.
