It takes at least 10 minutes for the staff to pick up a phone call or they won't pick up at all. Also had problem with obtaining some medication. I was told multiple times that there's a problem with the provider and that I needed to wait. I waited for a month till nearly run out. Contacted the pharmacy again and I was told the same thing. They called the supplier and confirmed that they don't have the medication neither they know when it'll be available. Only going there in person and speaking to the manager had solved the problem. Turned out the medication was ready next day |

I was told after my child having surgery that they couldn’t dispense some of the items as it didn’t specify what type of drops they were, even though it had post surgery for grommets wrote on there. I was like ear drops she’s had her ears done. Child was with me as I thought we’d grab prescription on way home. So I rang hospital ward to tell them we were coming back and they needed to specify what drops as the pharmacist was clearly just being an obnoxious bitch. So park up, drag the child back up to the 4th floor for the nurse to turn round and say you could have gone out to car park and wrote ear drops on there yourself. (I didn’t as I wasn’t even thinking as this was now 13 hours we’d been up) So back down to Tesco with the now amended prescription to be told that it now had to many amendments…it hadn’t, you just seen it and you wanted what drops specified on there. I said you have just sent me back, I’m dragging my child who has just had surgery up and down the bloody road and all we want to do is get her medication and go home. How dare you!!!! So she ran off down the back, called security (she blatantly was judging us on our surname as its an Irish one). So I got on the phone to the children’s ward again and they can’t believe what their hearing. The nurse told me to tell her to dispense the antibiotics at least and yet again the pharmacist refused. She said tell them to ring the pharmacy, so I was like well we need the number. Finally she gave me the number, the nurse rang her and she refused. All the while my now 8 year old is crying, she’s exhausted, another customer stopped with kids and was like serve this lady her child needs her medication. Not one helpful bone in that useless ladies body. Absolutely fuming with the disgusting customer service I received. Then my husband took it too our local Tesco and it was handed over straight away. |
