I wish I could write two separate reviews. Their chemists right at the back are constantly busy and really do the very best they can and for me do incredibly well as sometimes their cues can get v long as currently (in our second year of covid pandemic), there are still only two or a third, but usually only two, counters open, the chemists and the second serving customer for some lesser medications and any other items. Personally I adore the jewelry pieces they now stock for reasonable prices & good enough to cheer up a withering heart better than a bunch of flowers! On the second not medical till for the most part their is an older but handsome gentleman who trained as a chemist so really very knowledgeable, pleasent & efficient! And when their cues intensify when you are in incredible pain, I suffer with chronic debilitating pain due to a bad childhood car accident, I waited my turn and requested some Solpedin, (wrong spelling probably), trained guy not there, young lady asked of my other medications which all have Latin names where I've learned two of them, I'm 63 & don't abuse this meds because I also suffer irritable bowel symptoms since pre-teens and if you even bother to do cursery research on codien it will tell you it strongly affects digestion. It's known to be addictive like gambling and The Only Way is Essex! I cant afford either past times! She went to seek help, a youngish guy came, they then both then completely ignored me and decided to sort the now long cues her inperience created, I was still in a lot of pain & being treated as if I didn't exist by treating me as if....ok you get it! Disgusting, judgemental behaviours, so I left without any painkillers, or bathroom items the wonderful security guy had reserved for me! It is sad I survived that car accident because at least I wouldn't be living in the physical pain for over 50 years, but far far worse is being treated like I've committed a crime and or being dismissed when I'd earned my place in that cue, I left for Kentish town bought aspirin and hid down an alleyway cried my eyes out!
