Drove a long way last night (Thursday) for an urgent prescription at 9.00pm arriving at 9.30pm. Chemists CLOSED…yet website says open till 10pm. Not good enough.

now left this pharmacey due to leaving my daughter with NO medication for 5 weeks. went in everyday to be totolfld your meds are not in again. its an abserlute joke, bits of kids workin there that dont know what they are doing permanatly. staff young girls saying come bk tomorrow then go into the back for 20mins each time, very unpreliable shop and would not recomend this shop at all to anyone. 7.

They are absolutely hopeless!! My nana has a repeat prescription delivered and it is never right, there is always something missing, it never arrives on time- to the point my 82 year old nana has to ring to remind them that is due! My nana has to ring when ta due, ring when something is missing to be told that they are waiting for something from the doctor what every time? How when it’s a repeat prescription, surely everything should already be there?? Very very poor customer service and very rude pharmacist!
