The woman behind the counter is beyond rude. I will never step foot there again until she's gone and they have competent, friendly staff.

I have now changed my pharmacist to the one in Fair Oak village. Words fail me with regard to Lloyds next to Stokewood Doctor surgery. They have lost my prescription 3 times. The staff are rude beyond belief. So very unprofessional. And yes they are shut more than open. AVOID is my advice

All above comments aside, past six years I have no issue either with staff or reliability. I'm just sorry for those inconvenienced by what was and maybe will again be a convenient pharmacy.
