Wpharmacy closed 6pm, long journey was waste of time, website says closes 6.30pm Friday, alter it !!!!

Request for prescription sent direct to Boots, Hotspur Way, Newcastle Eldon Shopping Centre early am by Practice Pharmacist. Called 17.00 and told to come back to collect 17.30 by Assistant Manager on duty. When I returned, was told it was not available because what they had did not match the ‘generic’ name on the prescription!! Apologies for me having to have to ‘hang around’ (when I could have caught an earlier bus home, otherwise) but not good enough, as I had ask further whether the order would be through by the next day for pick up and by what time. This could and should have been check from the start - what kind of Assistant Manager is this!!??

2nd.attempt at this,bt furious that Pharmacy was closed at 6.10pm Sat. after long journey, going on closing times shown for this online state 6.30pm closing time? No staff around, reported to bemused SECURITY GUARD nearby, who 2b fair, said he would report the matter to somebody Why print Online their New Hours if they are INCORRECT ?
