Went for help and advice on a vitamin tonic drink to improve health but was given the Spanish Inquisition as to why I needed it and was it on prescription? Did I know which one as there were lots available! Totally uncaring attitude with offer to help or describe options! 2nd pharmacist came out and said there was a choice of 2 flavours ( lots available?? ) but wanted to go for her lunch so I would need to ring her later for more help!! I bought both options and left after telling them their level of care and customer service left a lot to be desired!! Felt a total hassle to them… Guess what?? When I got home I found one of the medicines was 4 months out of date!!! Shocking!!! Went back and manager was just as in caring !! Not bothered and said it was one of those things !!! Medicine 4 months out of date is just one of those things and they USUALLY check all items!! Not recently obviously! No real apology, no explanation and no answer to how it happened or what process they had in place to stop it happening again!!! Shocking!!! Have reported them to the General Pharmaceutical Council…. I am not impressed with asda chemist in hollywood avenue gosforth.they didnt have my strength blood pressure tablets said they dont do that strength.not very good at getting my camoflouge foundation.i will stick with boots from now on.
