After having numerous problems getting my prescription my husband called last week was told that they were waiting for delivery bearing in mind this prescription was requested 6th June 2023 husband called 5th July 2023 to be told my prescription had run out and I was later informed because it is a controlled drug painkillers I would not get them so were did they go as I have not received them and they are owed to me nobody mentioned this the week before and there are other items I am still owed I even have the owing slip so I don't understand how I can not have what is owed to me this is not the first time this has happened totally disgusted

Having endured two years of struggling with this company I now have changed to a different chemist that gives a better service.They never answer the phone, rarely have a pharmacist on site, can’t provide none of my regular repeat prescription items, can’t get hold of basic day to day over the counter items. They blame covid, problem with their phone - what for the past two years? They blame suppliers, then get other suppliers! It’s just excuse after excuse. A chemist that does not communicate, try to get supplies or even care then it’s time to move to a chemist that at least tries to get supplies in fairly quickly. All East Riding chemist do is blame everybody else. If other chemists can do it why can’t they?
