Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

What's happened to this chemist, never got medication in, takes nearly 2 weeks to get half your order and phone is always engaged.a lot of people are now going to tesco and even with less people service is poor

I have recently moved into the area and been using this chemist if you are thinking of using them don’t bother I put my prescription into the GP a week ago it’s my appointment today to have a very important cancer treatment at the GP surgery that I have just been told by the pharmacy to cancel because they have not completed my prescription. I am now left over due my cancer treatment!!!
Needless to say I will no longer use this poor excuse of a pharmacy

I have only recently started using this pharmacy and I would never look beyond it in future! The service provided is great and the attitude of the staff is always one of being very approachable and willing to help. My medications are always ready for me to collect and any queries are dealt with professionally and promptly. The new manager is brilliant and really makes you feel welcome in the shop.
