This was once a good chemist but now it is the worst I have ever known.The staff are very friendly and can`t do enough for you but the pharmacy department is absolutely rubbish.My mother is seriously ill and for the past 2 months no-one has contacted her about her repeat prescriptions.In October they were not delivered.I have had trouble getting this sorted and I still don`t know what will happen next month.I myself am an OAP and suffer with severe high blood pressure and do not need this worry and neither does my mum.She has suffered heart failure and is now receiving dialysis for her kidney as she only has one.Last month was a battle to get some important drugs for her which went missing.This month I am afraid I had to get cross over the phone as I overheard the manager say to the assistant when I asked to speak to them,Why have you given me the phone-this made me angry and the pharmacist asked me not to speak to them in that tone.I apologised but wondered how the pharmacist would react if it were their mother in this situation.

I have been at lloydspharmacy to get my medicines that cost me to wait in too long queue for 33 minutes in the end i got some with 3 owing slip.

They no longer answer the phone. Ever. It must be a new policy as for two months now every time I've tried to call them during various hours of the day they don't answer. Shocking service. As a pharmacy that deals with sick people you cannot simply opt out of being contactable.
