Our prescriptions take forever to prepare, which is far too long. The staff use every excuse they can think of. The shop itself is dirty and unwelcoming, the ceiling to the left hand side is through where water has leaked in. Customers deserve better than this.

How come you can never get through on the phone it is left ringing then it cuts out so how can you find out if your medication is ready and out for delivery or even telling them you have to go out so won’t be available for any home delivery

Staff are consistently rude and aggressive, unprofessional in the way they speak to customers raising their voice. If you tell them you are going to make a complaint they make sure they complaint about you the (patient/customer) first. We have had numerous complaints with them about not ordering medication correctly, ordering only part of a prescription then blaming the patient/customer when it dosn't arrive despite the fact they are supposed to order it themselves direct from the GP it is always late. I have been left without medication on more than one occasion. Dont use!
