I use their pharmacy on regular basis. Never had any issue with them. Perfect customer service. I spotted few extra things (like my favourite foot cream) which are quite difficult to get in other places. Before Shan chemist I tried other places and there is no comparison.

I have always had a good service with the Pharmacy. They are helpful and give advise, when asked. They are also very thorough in checking the medicines before giving out. The only issue I have is that sometimes they do not have the medicine in stock and sometimes have to wait, but overall I find them all very pleasant.

I have been using Shan Chemist for more years than I care to remember. They serve the community with a personal touch and are absolutely meticulous in ensuring the correct medication is dispensed. Yes, you may have to wait a while at times but wouldnt you rather do that than to be given the wrong medication. In all my years of using this Chemist I have never waited more than a maximum of 10 minutes, if that. Over the year there have been more and more chemists that have opened in the area so if you dont like Shans Chemist then its no good writing negative reviews based on one experience, one should always look at the bigger picture. I respect the fact that everyone is entitled to an opinion but do cut Shans Chemist some slack as I, along with others, see them doing a great job.
