No sign to let you know where to queue so ended up queuing in the wrong place. The two people behind the pharmacy can see you are there right in front of them but they choose to ignore you while you’re waiting eventually one of them decides to acknowledge your existence. They are NOT there to help they are better than you as they studied 4 years to work behind a counter which they resent and now have to ‘serve’ you.

Boots Harborne high St are the worst pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with, they never ordered my prescription on time and quite often didn't order it at all leading to delays in my medication and mental health, when I complained they said sorry they don't know what went wrong and this month they advised that they are not ordering prescriptions anymore what a shambles of a business. People of Harborne should boycott the place I for one and my family will never set foot in the place again!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disabled and rely on Boots pharmacy in Harborne, to deliver prescriptions to my home for which I pay an annual fee. I was sent a text 4 days ago telling me that my prescription was ready to be collected, quoting their telephone number to call them if I have any questions. I tried to 'phone the store more than 20 times to remind them that I have paid for delivery but calls were never answered. 5 days on, I still have no medications. This is not acceptable and I am suffering as a result. You used to be reliable, what's going on?
