Staff are rude as hell and when pulled up about their poor condascending unhelpful attitude towards their customers, they didn't give a damn, didn't even attempt to smooth things over by way of a half hearted apology. They could not even help me with a telephone number for their sister branch chemist to help see if they had stock of urgent pain meds I needed. Even upon leaving their rude manager smirked cockily goading a reaction in a fly manner not befitting of any staff member left in charge of a pharmacy! Absolutely disgusted at such condescending behaviour, and if a manager has to deflect a totally unnecessary situation caused by her, back on to any customer, then she needs stripping of her role and requires customer service training!
