When I can get through the pharmacist is most helpful. Have been phoning every 5 minutes for last 40 minutes to order repeat prescription - which is a 7 days service. I get cut off after 6 minutes every time. Given the limited opening hours, they would not be my first choice.

Phoned and it was constantly engaged, call again it rang out then I was cut off, rang again same thing. Not really a way to run a service/ business?
