The young female at the pharmacy called me to tell me that a medication fI had been waiting to get for my wife was ready to collect. I walked to the chemist and she had the prescription ready so she asked for our address and I told her and also my wifes dob.so I told her and do I have any other means of I.D because it was a controlled drug so I said if you had told me that on the phone I would have brought it with me ! She stomped off telling me to bring it next time.So rude but the other people there always are helpful and polite,I can see why the ratings are abysmal. disgruntled OAP

The most pointless and unhelpful pharmacy I have ever been to, plus the person on the phone who did not know what she was talking about earlier is ridiculous, never again.
