Very poor service, had repeat prescriptions for six months, every month a family member collected for me because I work, on all six monthly pickups I have had to take time off work because the medication was either the wrong dose , wrong amount or not provided in the bag. The prescription sheet was enclosed but obviously they can’t read. When I went back there was always excuses, often trying to blame my GP Practice , when showing them the prescription they put in the meds bag ,they didn’t even have the decency to apologise when it didn’t match what they had dispensed. Will never use this Chemist again, frightening that they can’t read a prescription. Going to change to Marske Chemist, hopefully nothing could be as bad as the last six months.
