    Attemped to phone this pharmacy over a 3 hour period one morning to re-order a prescription - they just DO NOT answer the telephone !!!!!

    What is the point in having a consultation room, then standing being looked at in the waiting area at a distance like your some kind of lepper! Awful customer service. Talk about degrading! No wonder us elderly people suffer in silence when you get treated like that and made to feel like your wasting someones time. Happy take the money though i'm sure! Wrong name for a company.

    Having recently switched to this pharmacy from the other high street chemist in Biddulph I have found this pharmacy provides an excellent service. My prescriptions are always ready speedily and I am thrilled by their useful text service that informs you when your prescription is ready. All the staff are polite, efficient and extremely willing to help you find anything that you need! 10/10 Would recommend!!
