Their telephone service is just about the worst I've encountered. Currently made three calls at different times and different days. No answers after waiting up to 15 minutes. I've no idea of how to get through.

Shutting for an hour at lunchtime is extremely unhelpful. Arrived at the shop at 3 minutes to 1 and was denied entry, even had the door shut in my face.
