Waiting times for prescriptions is usually under five minutes now, I used to have terrible trouble here but it has mostly been resolved (depends on the day you go - Fridays are no good). Some days it seems very short on man power as there is a young boy and a nice young lady but they appear to be the only ones there. Every time I use this pharmacy there are problems. I will be changing my nominated pharmacy as of today. It always takes a ridiculously long time to wait for a prescription even if I'm the only one there, when I request an electronic repeat prescription they have mucked it up. The staff are miserable, the atmosphere is horrible. They are very unhelpful. Today was the last straw, hence this review. How they are still in business I just don't know. | ||||||

Despite about 6 years of this pharmacy being in the gutter, in the past few months this pharmacy has improved no end. They have staff all day whereas previously you could visit and it would be one person with a queue out the door. Scripts are now ready on time. I just phone and ask for what I need and a few days later I go into the pharmacy and everything is ready and the pharmacist always offers advice for new medication as my regime is in flux at the moment. Staff are very polite and the pharmacists don't hide away from customers as happened in the past. My only question is why has it taken this long to put the right people into this pharmacy? | ||||||
