This Pharmacy. Has the most alwf service I've ever come across. So ignorant. Don't acknowledge customers when they are waiting to be served. Never have prescription ready. Always have to order medication in. Say they don't have medication, then someone else might looking they find some. There is no organisation what so ever. Pharmacist always wondering off some where, so when they eventually get your prescription ready, you then have to wait for him to return to sign it off.. This place needs a good shake up.

This pharmacy has such bad service and organisational skills. Staff have no customer service skills at all. The way it is managed is to ame for this. As this as not always been the case. There is no professionalism at all. Prescription is never ready. Medication is often having to be ordered in. Even though they have had your prescription for a few days.. No one acknowledges you when you are standing there waiting to be served. The chemist is always a mess. There is always baskets on the left counter with people prescription in. So no data protection there either. I've often seen Names and addresses and what Medication people are on.. Scary really.

Yesterday after my daughter called for our medication we were only given half. I called the chemist and was told it would be delivered by a member of staff this was 5pm. Delivery came at 8.45pm so all tablets were late to take as needed earlier I have a heart condition . Today I received a call from the Pharmacist apologising for the delay but I was surprised he was more concerned about the previous review i had left and asked me to remove it several times. I have since changed my family’s chemist for our medication and won’t be using masters pharmacy again not only Late delivery’s you go to pick up medication that was supposed to be ready for collection but when you get there you have to wait nearly an hour for them to make up the prescriptions You get no apology for waiting It’s unorganised and staff need training on communication with patients ..
