This is a really good community pharmacy. The staff are really cheerful, kind and helpful, ready to listen carefully and patiently to help solve medical/medication questions or problems. I have been registered with them for just over one year and have no intention of changing pharmacy in the future. Each encounter with the staff over the past year has been a pleasure. Thank you. |

Disorganized, poor service This used to be a very well run and efficient pharmacy when run by a Portuguese pharmacist a few years ago. Nowadays I go in and virtually every time, medication will not be in stock. When I do go to collect it, frequently staff cannot find prescriptions and I am stood around waiting not having a clue whether it is available or whether I have to return yet again! Staff appear confused and Disorganized and with very poor communication. Overhearing other customers with similar complaints, the place is not well run. Avoid if you can, particularly as it’s shut in Saturday’s. Since the pharmacy was reduced in size, there appears to be little stock. |

Despite my partner having a repeat prescription arranged with the pharmacy, every month without fail when its time for my partner to collect their prescription, which is a common type of inhaler, they are informed that the pharmacy doesn't have the inhaler in store and will therefore need to come back next week when they have it in . However the following week comes and my partner's prescription is still not there and it feels as if the cycle just repeats. My partner's asthma can be pretty bad most of the time and yet due to the pharmacy's poor organisation, they are forced to go weeks on end without something that assists them with breathing. I hate complaining about things especially because the NHS is so overstretched as it is, but this poses as a danger to my partner especially since every 10 seconds there's someone in the UK having a potentially life threatening asthma attack. I don't want someone important to be to become another statistic, especially when the situation can be easily prevented by our pharmacy getting repeat prescriptions in on time. |
