I visited Boots capehill a few weeks ago and as soon as I entered the Black security Guard stopped me demanding me to wear my face mask without even asking why I don't wear one? I was so upset with the way he spoke to me that I walked out of there. I don't wear a mask due to suffering from panic attacks and anxiety neither do I need to provide evidence as it states on the Government website. Security Guards really need to do there homework before trying to become the law and And acting like they know everything treating the public in such a disgusting manner. I will never visit Boots again after this experience. The weird thing is a few days later I walked past and saw more than one person not wearing a Mask on! Absolutely appalling! I feel like I was targeted for no reason. This has scarred me! I hope you are happy Boots because you have lost one very valuable customer! I have told all my friends and family about this service!
