Absolutely brilliant service . Was at another local pharmacy a year ago , and often waited 4/5;days for repeat prescription . But having changed to “ Tesco “ pharmacy , I put request for repeat prescription one day , and collect it the next ! Staff even recognise me now ! Now , it’s so difficult to see a GP in person , I can speak to the Pharmacist in store and get immediate advice , just brilliant ! My one and only complaint , wish they did delivery , as at the moment not feeling well enough to pick up prescription , that I know is ready !! What an excellent service. Very professional approach to the client. I worked 46+years in the NHS. Tonight I'm asking myself " How does the NHS get it so wrong and Tesco get it so right?" The whole approach to the customer was so refreshing. I'll aim to have the flu vaccine again next year at Tesco. Thank you.
