Over the past three months I have tried to buy over the counter medicines. The first was eye drops for an infection and was told to bathe it. I had to go to a different chemist a few days later as it was infected and needed drops! Today I tried to buy some strong pain killers as paracetamol and ibuprofen and was again refused. My sister in law had a similar lower back problem and suggested that two days of co codemol would help as it did for her. The pharmacist refused point blank to sell to me and suggested going to the doctor. That’s a laugh at the moment. I definitely won’t be using this pharmacy again! Your chemist needs some people skills training!!

I had tried to book a beauty appointment on line without success for the Crayford Store. I put in a complaint so Amy the Deputy Manager phoned me to explain how to do it, which was very nice of her. I have gone online to book it and the Crayford Store does not have any appointments. So I have tried to phone the Crayford store and there is no answer at General enquries, pharmacy, beauty, baby or photo and no email address to contact them. So I have now booked an appointment at the Bexleyheath branch.
