After an early surgery appointment this morning my prescription was sent to WPPharmacy. I walked over to it to be told that as of 9.45 am they were waiting for the Pharmacist to arrive. They were allegedly stuck in traffic. I could return after half ten. Decided to leave prescriptions there and they were delivered to our home. I complained about the lack of a pharmacist at that time on a Monday morning or any morning come to that. Apologies were given which should come from whoever is running the business rather than a helpful employee. I said I wanted to complain and was given 02038162008. I rang and complained to Wasim of Salrook Health Care Ltd., 50 Romford Road, East London E15 4BZ. He said the business would improve. I told him they had taken over a perfectly run business in April and ruined it! He apologised but I said that was not good enough, they had to sort it out. I told him I would be sharing his number and to expect similar calls.

There has been a catastrophic collapse in the quality of customer service:- a) chaotic organisation in the back room b) lack of availability of prescription items c) too few people behind the counter d) queues out the door e) difficult to make phone contact This is new management cutting corners and costs and losing customers in droves. How not to do it.

I would like to make a formal complaint and somthing done against a lady who works at the westminister pharmacy she’s rude barred me for not giving me my prescription on time so o said il go elswere why would you not be able to enter the premises anymore because I chose to go elswere I would like somthing looked into with this because she is rude no customer service skills at all really rude I’ve asked her for her name she won’t tell me or the staff which is really unprofessional and also rude as she knows my name thanks .
