had my Covid jab this morning 5 th one no queue I was 29 mins early lady pharmacist who gave me my jab was brilliant straight in definitely better than being amongst a load of people at Drs surgery highly recommend you go to. Celtic point pharmacy 1st class service | ||||||

After booking a COVID booster and getting confirmation of date and time to turn up at correct time and date to be told it's cancelled, I work in Newark and had to travel back for the booster and losing time at work HOW CAN YOU CANCEL IT WHEN IT'S BOOKED FOR 15:50PM WHEN YOU'VE GOT ALL DAY TO NOTIFY PEOPLE I WASN'T THE ONLY ONE , I WOULDN'T LET THEM RUN A BATH ?? | ||||||

Three times now over a period of six months we have not been informed of prescriptions being ready but always there when we go and ask. Never am apology either.Hardly surprising as always seems chaotic. Fed up of poor service and changed pharmacy. Sad, because we try to support local business. | ||||||
