In December 2016, I wrote a very positive review of the service provided by this in-store pharmacy, based upon my experience of the service provided in the early stages of it acting as my 'nominated pharmacy' for repeat prescriptions. This was the first time that I had used a Tesco Pharmacy, but the staff went out of their way to be helpful in managing the transition from my former dispenser in Huddersfield. I should add that I suffer from a rare and chronic condition, the management of which requires myself and the pharmacy, to ensure that some key - and not commonly prescribed - medications are always available to me. Six months on from that initial encounter, I can report that the assurances given that they would look after me, in meeting my needs, have been kept. Not only that, but all of the pharmacists and counter staff have taken the time to appreciate the nuances of my condition and are all to willing to answer any questions I have about the interaction of different medications, dose times and so on. One might think that being located in a supermarket precludes a more individual service. It does not. Why? Because what matters and enables this, more than anything, is the importance placed upon being 'customer friendly'. That is very much in evidence at the Brighouse pharmacy, and reflects a leadership or managment style which promotes this value at all levels. In essence, the team at Brighouse clearly strive to provide an efficient, caring, warm, friendly and welcoming service; at least, that is my experience of it, six months on. Well done: it isn't at all to be 'sniffed at'!

Cannot fault the service they give you . Excellent communication, text me when order is ready to collect, which is a plus as don't have an unwanted journey.
