I have been using this chemist for the last 12 years and in the last 12 months the service has got terrible I have medication boxes and liquids every 4 weeks for my disabled mother which I have to collect. Every month so far they never have them ready or have the liquids which are prescribed when I order them a week before. When I spoke to the manager she just says the same thing can you come another day I live in keighley and only can collect these on the day . They can’t be delivered because my mum is bed ridden and cannot answer the door. What are you supposed to do to receive the prescription on time. This is very bad service. | ||||||

In my experience, this pharmacy is excellent, friendly, informative and very helpful staff. They have gone 'above and beyond' for me on a number if occasions. The delivery driver is a lovely man. I count myself lucky to have such an amazing pharmacy. | ||||||
