I bought 2 pairs of glasses and can only say that staff never took the time to fit them properly. When I complained they were loose, staff told me that that was the style. I’ve since had to get both pairs properly fitted at a different opticians and will never set foot in another david cludlow opticians again. They are only interested in money and not in doing the right thing by customers.
