Fantastic flexibility in helping my frail mum with anxiety making her feel safe while they checked her eyes. Giving great explanations and time for my mum to process what was going on…. Now my mum has her two new pairs of glasses and is over the moon… I couldn’t of asked the wonderful staff to have done more. So helpful and a joy to visit their opticians I’d have no problems recommending them for great friendly service Thank you all so much Jack
