I was prescribed the wrong prescription lenses, which gave me terrible headaches and distorted vision, even when I took the glasses off. I had to wait 2 week just to see an optician again and then had to wait over a week for my glasses to be delivered. Staff were very unhelpful and I had no apology. |

The frame was in a disgusting state, emailed head office, who were very quick in getting Walsall to order a replacement frame, Walsall - no apology, just swopped lenses over and we left, hopefully never to return, there is much more to this story, but cannot be bothered |

My eyes were tested over the weekend and the staff at the store were polite enough but found the manager being in patient with me when it came to me choosing my frames.I felt I was being rushed.I could have picked a better design and weightness The glasses were ready by Monday, by the time I had worn them within a few days later, I found my glasses to be slightly tilted, glary and heavy on the nose. I returned to the store to raise the issue with the staff there, but wasn't very helpful with the outcome. Even prior to having my eyes checked out , I should have been advised on aftercare..Obviously I didn't go there with a thousand questions with me. Might have to go back to the store or telephoning them to bring up this matter again. It remains to be seen. |
