The optician was incredibly knowledgeable, interesting and engaging. The most thorough optician I've been to and also has a gift of being able to tailor their explanations of concepts in a manner suited to each patient. Normally I just get talked at when I ask questions. The optician answered every question patiently and thoroughly. It was a pleasure to go there rather than the chore I've viewed it as previously. I won't get my eyes tested elsewhere now. I would have liked a little more choice of frame options however I did find a style I liked, in the right colour and at the right price. Very happy. Note: I had my eye test at their Finchley branch.
