I came here for an eye test as I was overdue. I have been to all the main high st ones before in meadowhall as well. I also went to another local one so thought it was time I gave these a try as It was recommended to me.First it was free parking which helps, I was greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The optician who saw me was very good and I asked him lots of questions, It helped he worked in the hospital as well. When i came out of the room, another lady helped me choose some comfortable frames and lenses, again no pressure or harassment (Unlike sp*csa*ers). Then i saw the price and I was shocked, it was so much better value for money with all the quality upgrades. Would defo recommend this place. The only problem is the shop is small and they were running a bit late which is why i didnt give 5 stars. |

Thought I would give this place a try as I normally go to meadowhall. I was surprised that the optician is highly qualified and works in hospital also. The staff were friendly and their prices were the best value for money that I've come across in all my years. It's nice to feel valued as with specsavers I always felt very rushed. The staff and optician all took their time with me and I am now going to bring my whole family. |

Never felt so pressurised into buying glasses I couldn't afford. Optician is very pushy and wouldn't show me glasses which are free with a nhs voucher. Took 4 weeks for my glasses to arrive aswell with no apology. Plenty of other opticians with better quality glasses for half the cost. My advice would be to avoid |
