By: Mryychan Rating:.. Apr 18 2014 After initial inspection by Boots opticians, referral was made to Central Vision Opticians. When C V O phoned to make an appointment I asked for them to confirm this in writing. The appointment was on Monday 14th, but the confirmation letter did not arrive until 17th, because the letter was not posted until 15th! This caused me undue worry and great concern. I consider that this was very poor administrative service.
