I have been with this practice for a number of years since I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and was asked to have a yearly test for macular degeneration. Having worn spectacles since I was 5, I have annual eye tests and new lenses (and frames when needed). This is an independent optician and I have been having my eyes tested there for a number of years. Recently I underwent eye surgery: epiretinal membrance peel and vitrectomy at BMEC and following discharge experienced problems with my vision. Not quite knowing what to do, I contacted Vincent Roberts who provided me with much valued advice and support. The optician has spent quite some time trying to resolve issues with my sight following bilateral cataract surgery. This is a caring optician who is keen to provide a good service for his patients. The reception staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

I have been attending this Practice for many years and have always recommended them to family and friends. The service is excellent and there is never any hesitation in referring you if that is what you need. The eye tests are very thorough and they always remember to send reminders at the correct time. The Receptionist are also very pleasant and helpful and friendly. A very professional Team.
