May 26 2019 Staff are rude , not helpful care more abut their own procedures rather than caring about the actual patient.All staff starting from the call center to reception are they have no courtesy to help at all!!!!!

Jun 8 2018 In October 2011 a routine eye test detected I had high blood pressure. Hanwell Eye Centre referred me to my GP who put me on high blood pressure tablets. At over 24 stone this was the kick I needed to lose. In 2 yrs 5 months i lost 13 and a half stone with weight watchers. So Hanwell Eye Centre saved my life. They have always looked after me an my children. I will always be grateful to them. Thank you!

The staff were very engaging and knowledgable enabling me to understand more about my vision. I would highly recommend anyone to go here as it made changing glasses a smooth and easy transition.
