I have been using this optician for quite a few years now and always had excellent, professional service from them in the past. However, I felt that my recent eye test was rushed compared to previous ones, and the fitting of my new glasses was also rushed. I told the member of staff who fitted my new glasses that they didn't feel comfortable, and that my vision became blurry when slightly looking to either side. I was told this was normal with vary-focals and I would get used to it??? I have been waring vary-focals for years, and never experienced this before. I will be returning to the shop tomorrow, and hope to receive much better service and after care. I have paid a lot of money for both my glasses and the extras.
