Excellent Service throughout. Had a thorough eye examination with Imran using the latest scanning technology. Thanks to Diane, who was very helpful and did a great job in helping me choose my new glasses. They fit well and are super. A fully professional service and I have recommended them to a friend. Always made to feel a very valued customer at Broadhursts opticians in Preston . All the staff are very friendly, welcoming , helpful & always go the extra mile for their patients. I felt very reassured by the way in which they take care of you from booking an appointment , through to having your eye tests with their advice & patience in choosing frames & the fitting of your glasses. All staff take their time to throughly give you their time & attention to detail . Could not wish for a safer environment at these uncertain times with the pandemic, excellent measures in place to keep you safe .Couldn’t have asked for better service . I would definitely recommend Broadhursts opticians in Preston. Special thanks to Jo & Wendy during my visit today . |

My specs, which they are prone to do, had become rather lose over time, sliding down my nose and become annoying. I called into my usual opticians (Specsavers) to have them adjusted, where I was told I would have to wait for at least 25 minutes and as I was on my way to an appointment, not able to do so. I, in the past, have often popped into different opticians to ask for a spec adjustment only to be told if you are not a customer with us, sorry we can't help you. But, on the off chance, as I was passing, I tried Broadhurst Optometrists on Friargate and I expected the usual are you a customer with us? However, I was informed an advisor would be more than happy to help me out and the said advisor spent a good ten minutes with me adjusting my specs to a level I was happy with. I sincerely can't thank them enough for that help, for that time given despite not being a Broadhurst customer at the moment and so, thank you.
