I have been a customer of Seeword for a few years and liked the fact that it was an independent optician and that I got friendly service. However I can't say this has been the case recently. Several week ago I chased up my contact lenses order and was told by the person I spoke to that they would look into for me but as an interim measure they would give me some lenses to tide me which were a completely different prescription to what I needed. Several calls and weeks later during which time I was promised I was informed that they were in fact due to restructure with other opticians in the area so would not be able to get my prescription lenses as they were changing their accounts. While I appreciate they were going through some changes I felt they could have been more honest with me. I no longer feel like a valued customer and I'm disappointed that they think it's acceptable provide lenses that do not match my prescription. Disappointing.
