Excellent friendly service and very professional and good at explaining everything

I visited Robert Glass optician today 19.1.17 for the first time, I was able to be seen after a short wait the service I received was first class from the welcome, the eye test and explanation given throughout made me feel relaxed and comfortable, the choice of glasses I was shown were excellent, the staff are very knowledgeable and give great advice about the style of glasses that suit your face and offer the best fit to make it easy for you to see. I chose from 8 pairs of glasses that we finally got down to 2 pairs I liked both and the optical assistant then gave me further advice on which pair to finally buy, from my past experience at other opticians I have never received this amount of help and the glasses that I decided on after expert advice were not the most expensive of the 2. I felt that this was a very good and professional service as past experience I've always been sold the more expensive ones. I look forward to future dealings with Robert Glass opticians and have already told family and friends about the service received.
