My experience of Sutcliffe's opticians is very positive. Lynsey the lady who conducted my eye test was very thorough. She took nearly 40 minutes and continually asked me questions to confirm that I got the correct lenses for my eyesight. She then passed me onto Riz who ensured that the frames I chose were compatible to the lenses. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I collected my new glasses yesterday and they fitted perfectly. To my mind this shows that the professional service I received made the finished product perfect. I would definitely recommend Sutcliffe's opticians to anyone.
