Been a customer for many years was spoken to like rubbish unhelpful receptionist and because I didn’t purchase my glasses with them and asked for the prescription delayed getting me it and then told me I wasn’t aloud to go back again. Been using them for about 15-20 years and the receptionist has always been very rude. I will not be back. It was going to cost a lot more in this store ASDA offered a better deal which was more value for money and winters opticians did not like this. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever again.
