Jul 13 2016 I have recently called this optitions for my mother in law as she cant not speak english. the person at reception was very rude assuming this was the manager as i have seen them before. They spoke very rude and not helpful what so ever. I pay alot of money for my lens and i should not be spoken to in any rude manner. Am sorry but they need to rethink who they have employed. as a customer i would not attend this optitions again. The manager needs to get customer service skills

Nov 21 2015 I have been coming here for a long time, as it is such a lovely friendly practice, the staff are always so helpful and kind. Can not fault it all!

Visioncare advertised a same day service and didn't disappoint. It took 30 mins from walking through the door to get brand new glasses made and fitted. Excellent professional service, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
