Sep 23 2017 I tried to rearrange my appointment and got told quite rudely that I would be struck off . I told them I am travelling from the other side of Bradford and that there were opticians nearer. Needless to say I switched to another optician who offered a) better customer service, b) a free sight test and c) free aftercare with lenses. Totally overpriced and completely awful customer service! They value keeping customers at all! Not recommended!

Apr 19 2017 Had my contact lenses for 1 week. Just 1 week & they ripped after wearing them 3rd time. Rang the optician who said they can't do anything. Poor customer service. Will be taking this further with the optical complaints commission.
