Boots Contact Lense Reward Scheme - Buyer Beware!! I have had to wear monthly contact lenses for 6+ months due to Boots' incompetence, yet unsurprisingly they have continued to extortionate money from me for a product which they had no intention of supplying. Complete lack of customer service and a total unwillingness to assist their 'valued' customers - to the point of a qualified optician stating that my lenses are unsafe yet 3 months later Boots have not resolved the issue. You put your faith in healthcare professionals and assume that they have yours/the patients best interests at heart, this is not the case with Boots!! GP appointment booked, hope it is nothing serious... Complaints procedure, what complaints procedure?? Not very forthcoming with this information - surely they need to be regulated by the NHS or some other body?
