I had no doubt that I would be following up with a further negative feedback on the poor service offered by this opticians. Specsavers - East Ham - London Following my daughters last visit, she phoned Specsavers on 28/09/15 to ask if her glasses were ready to collect. Staff informed her that they would need to check and call her back. They failed to call back, so my daughter called them again on 02/10/15 at 09.00am. She was informed that the order had not been transmitted and that they would need to check and call her back. Yet again, they failed to call her back. My daughter then rang the store the third time and asked to speak to a manager with a view to cancelling the order. After a discussion with the manager it was agreed that they would attempt to source the frames from their Barkingside branch and have them delivered to my daughter. Unfortunately the frames were not available at that store so the manager agreed for my daughter to revisit the store and choose another frame. My daughter attended the branch on Monday 5th Oct 2015. She selected a new frame and waited around 20 minutes for the lenses to be fitted. Time is so valuable these days and competition high.. If businesses like Specsavers waste your time, its really not worth them even operating. Fleecing off customers who are non the wiser, thinking they were just unlucky and a one off victim to poor service delivery. This feedback is by no means a knee jerk reaction to a one off poor service but is as a result of poor service over the years. The director of Specsavers couldn't even be bothered to comment on my last feedback which just about sums up everything about this establishment. I would stay well away from this branch of Specsavers (East Ham, London).

This particular opticians in East Ham is a disgrace. I used to visit this store for my eyesight check but stopped due to number of errors they constantly made with my personal details, my prescription and my orders. Unfortunately my daughters decided to use this store. Firstly, my younger daughter was messed about by the store requesting that she attends to collect her glasses; when she went to collect them, the staff said that the glasses weren't ready and that she would need to re-attend. My elder daughter had booked an eyesight test & contact lense test for this morning. After having her contact lenses test, the staff denied any booking for the eyesight test and booked my daughter to attend tomorrow (14/09/15) as they were fully booked. This was an error by specsavers staff and yet again total inconvenience caused to their customers. If you want proffesionalism and not inconvenienced by incompentancy then I would recommend staying well clear of this branch.
