Feb 18 2021 I was looking to buy some frames from this shop staff were rude, unhelpful and made me feel unwelcome. I do not recommend anyone going here if your looking for good customer and friendly atmosphere

I called this Optician today to book an appointment for one of my clients but the receptionist turned me down. According to her, many of our clients do not turn up for appointments. The fact is that we have never used this optician before, we have never booked this optician before. I tried to explain this to the receptionist but she still refused to book an appointment for my client. This is not acceptable.
