I was recommended to try Harefield Opticians by a family member, and cannot rate them highly enough. I personally find eye tests daunting (I am never going to be a pilot), but the friendly, yet extremely professional way the test is conducted on the latest equipment (I think it comes from NASA), really makes the whole experience much less challenging. The results of the tests are clearly explained and the recommendations are always well reasoned. I shall continue using them because of their superb care and service. Many thanks

In all the years that I have been having my eyes tested (and I am 71 years of age and have been wearing glasses from when I was in secondary school). I have never been to an Optician as brilliant as this one, the optician I saw talked me through each step of the examination and showed me on the screen the outcome from each test., I went for the 3D Plus test. He also sent me an email with the picture of the Macular Hole in my left eye and the picture of my right eye which was normal. The optician also recommended me getting a second pair of glasses just for reading and working on the computer to save the strain on my neck by looking through the bottom of my glasses as I wear varifocals, this was also not offered to me by the High Street popular companies. Another member of staff was very helpful in helping me choose the frames, I have always gone for gold rims but she gave me a pair that was blue rimmed ones and they looked great on me, and she said that blue suited me best, she did not leave me alone to choose a frame by myself like they do in the High Street ones, which I really appreciated her help and feed back. If you need to have your eyes tested go to Harefield Opticians, they are the best Optician ever. The cost was about the same as the other opticians. I have always gone to the popular ones in the High Street, I will not be going to them ever again.

I had eye problem, went to the doctors first they could not help or diagnose as they don't have the right equipment. Got to Harefield Opticians just as he was shutting the front door at 5. I explained my problem and the service I received was exceptional. Not only de he diagnose the issue he was very informative and caring.
