Says my prescription will be ready in 2 weeks jt not ready and cannot say when it will be ready they say they will contact you but never do they don't no what is happening

I cannot believe the other review on this site! I've never had anything other than fantastic service from Specsavers Fallowfield. Friendly, efficient, helpful, informative. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
